PLAYWRIGHT EMAIL DEMO

The example and config are extracted from the current MailSlurp Playwright docs:
https://www.mailslurp.com/docs/playwright/

1. Ask kipling@mailslurp.dev for free demo account access and an API allowance.
2. Install Node.js. In this extracted folder run:
   npm init -y
   npm install --save-dev @playwright/test mailslurp-client
   npx playwright install chromium
3. Set MAILSLURP_API_KEY in your environment using your own demo account key.
Keep its value off camera and out of source control.
4. Run:
npx playwright test tests/email-verification.spec.ts --headed --workers=1

This test uses https://playground.mailslurp.com and live MailSlurp email delivery.
It creates an inbox, signs up, waits for the matching confirmation, extracts a
six-digit code, verifies, signs in and asserts the final greeting. It removes
its inbox afterward and sets an expiry for interrupted runs. Network access,
the playground and a valid API key with sufficient allowance are required.

Run it before filming. If the playground or controls change, follow the current
guide. To adapt it, change the URL, selectors, expected subject, code/link
extraction and final assertion together. Do not substitute a mocked send for
real delivery when describing an end-to-end email test.

SMS is an optional separate demo. Ask Kipling to arrange a suitable number and
confirm its allowance before provisioning a rental. Start from:
