Grant support access to your account

How to allow support team to access your account for you.

If you would like the MailSlurp support team to access your account on your behalf to make changes please:

1) Log a support ticket

Use the support panel to create a new ticket telling support what you would like done for you.

2) Grant admin access

Grant access to your account in one of two ways

  • 2a) click "grant admin access" in the settings page of the dashboard
