A complete BIMI validation should confirm:

  1. a valid BIMI TXT record exists at
  2. the record uses valid syntax and logo URL fields
  3. logo assets are hosted over HTTPS and accessible
  4. DMARC is properly configured and enforced
  5. sender authentication remains stable after deployment

Common BIMI failures

BIMI record missing or malformed

Recreate the TXT value using the BIMI record generator and republish DNS.

DMARC prerequisites not met

Check policy and alignment with the DMARC checker.

Logo URL is unreachable

Verify HTTPS accessibility and cache behavior from target mailbox providers.
