Managing billing and invoices efficiently is crucial for success.

To view your account billing information log into the online dashboard. Click the settings button in the left sidebar to view your settings page.

View your invoices

You can view billing invoices and past receipts in the settings page. Click the green folder icon or the invoice row item to open an external billing portal and download the invoice.

Download invoices

Open the billing portal for an invoice item and view the invoice details in the Stripe portal.

How usage is calculated

MailSlurp plans include a certain base usage rate for certain entities such as emails sent in a month. These usage counts are the sum of events in either the last 30 days or the billing period of your account. Emails are counted per 256KB chunk of email content.
